BB-ROMA' S RULES ABOUT OUR LODGINGS IN ROME

- To lodge in a Bed & Breakfast
The bed and breakfast, in Rome, is a private apartment where the tourists stay in one or more bedrooms. These bedrooms can have an internal bathroom, a private bathroom outiside the bedroom, or shared with other bedrooms (with tourist or with the owner of the apartment). The breakfast, usually included in the price, can be served in the bedroom or in a dining room, or in a bar where the owner has an agreement.It's not possible to use the kitchen or have other meals in the bedroom. The cleaness and the change of towels and linens, take place every 3-4 days. The owner of the apartment could give to the tourist a copy of the keys needed (as usually it happens), or to stay in the apartment to open the door any time the guest comes back in the room.The balance of the rental price has to be paid cash on arrival. Usually the bed and breakfast is not able to receive credit cards.

- To lodge in an Apartment
Called House for holidays, is a kind of lodging different from the B&B. In this case, the owner gives all the apartment, that could be big, medium or small (as a flat let). During the stay the tourist has at his disposal all the rooms of the apartment. The owner will give the keys needed. Usually it's not included breakfast (but sometimes are included the foods for the breakfast, if indicated in the web site www.bb-roma.it), but the tourist can use the kitchen to prepare himself the meals. The final cleaning, usually, is included in the price (the tourist have not to clean the apartment before the leaving) , and the change of towels and linens take place every 4/7 days.
Gas, water, electricity are included in the price . The balance of the rental price has to be paid cash on arrival. Usually the house for holidays are not able to receive credit cards.

- Time of the arrival
Being the B&B and the house for holidays little lodgings , managed by families, there is no a reception open 24 hours as in a hotel, so that the tourist has to contact the owner (by phone or by e-mail) to communicate the time of arrival (DON'T CONTACT BB-ROMA FOR THIS), at least 24 hours before the arrival. To go to the lodging reserved without having advised about time of arrival can cause long waitings. This problem cannot be reason for a complaint or a refund.Damages: Any damage to the accommodations caused by the tourist, made certain the responsability, have to be refunded by the tourist after an agreement with the owner of the accommodation.

- Responsability of BB-Roma
BB-ROMA is an organization that advertises bed and breakfast and house for holidays in Rome, and acts as a go-between tourist-bed and breakfast.

All that regards the descriptions published in the web sitem, the management, the hygiene, the kindness and the professionality received during the staying are responsability of the owner. BB-ROMA makes regular checks to verify the quality of the touristic offer and of the accommodations shown in the web site www.bb-roma.it, but cannot check all that happens every day in all its accommodations. All that doesn't concern the informations written in the web site www.bb-roma.it is not responsabile BB-ROMA, and for this, any refund for problems had in the accommodation, that doesn't concern wrong informations written in the web site www.bb-roma.it , has to be requested to the owner of the accommodation. BB-ROMA bases most of its job and the quality of the offer on the opinions of the tourist that have lodged in one of the accommodations of BB-ROMA. For this matter we appreciate suggestions, testimonies and informations (bad or good) that the tourist wants to do after the stay. These informations will be useful to confirm or not an accommodation on our web site www.bb-roma.it.

- Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of the reservation the tourist will loose the payment made in advance
We suggest to the tourist to contact the accommodation booked to know if there are other payments to make in case of no-show (cancellation without advising the accommodation)
